Emma was a complete star, I've been in charge of many large events and am used to working with events teams and I can honestly say Emma was perfect. She was always there when you needed her, even when you didn't think you needed her, nothing was a problem or too difficult, and yet she blended into the background so you didn't notice her when you didn't need her. Well done Emma!
